1. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
2. Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years experience in restaurant or hotel F&B operations
At least 2 years in supervisory or management level
Experience in hotel restaurant is preferred
3. Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Good command of English (Khmer required; other languages are a plus)
Ability to work under pressure and flexible schedule
