• Lead and support sales team to achieve yearly sales targets.• Develop and manage customer relationships.• Plan and execute sales strategies and promotional activities.• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.• Prepare and submit sales reports.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Diploma degree.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.• Minimum1-2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.• Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM is a plus).• Good command of Khmer and English, Japanese is a plus.• Owning transportation is an advantage.
*Working Days: Monday to Friday
