• Monitor all cards performance by branches and alternate digital channels
• Coordinate with Branch Management Department for supporting branch regarding to card business products
• Work with Business team to support exiting and new customer regarding digital banking Products
• Coordinate with marketing on the marketing related activities including digital campaign, promotional video, and tutorial clips for card products
• Monitor and coordinate with all parties e.g. Branches, Marketing Team, Product Business and Development to ensure successful roll out of several proposed card acquisition programs to be launched per the business roadmap of the year
• Assist, monitor and compile monthly branches performance vis-a-vis card Targets against management's set targets and ensure branches and alternate channel achieve their targets
• Plan and develop card usage reward and loyalty programs
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell related banking products and services leads to the development of an overall client relationship strategy
• Be responsible for all card and payment business production development which are mainly comprised of the card products such as credit card, debit, prepaid card, and corporate card with card payment companies Visa, Mastercard, JCB and UPI
• Oversee the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy to boost the card business product
• Liaise with the card payment companies like Visa, Mastercard, JCB and UPI to explore the new card products and services to feed the market need to increase the non- interest incomes to the bank
