Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in SME and Enterprise segments
• Manage existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Promote and upsell our services to corporate customers.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Schedule meetings, presentations.
• Coordinate with cross- department (technical, customer service, finance…).
• Achieve monthly and quarter and yearly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
• Do quarterly market surveys to evaluate and benchmark our services and products against the market.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in ISP industry
• Strong knowledge of internet connectivity and solutions
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good command of English (spoken and written); Khmer required; Chines is more advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
