A Big Opportunity for ...

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Generate leads and opportunities for transformer servicing, retrofitting, and upgrades.
Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers.
Monitor project progress and manage client expectations.
Conduct site visits for assessments, inspections, and audits.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotes, service reports, and sales performance.
Provide regular reports to management on service sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Maintain dashboards for service sales performance, forecast, and customer pipelines.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to refine strategy.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7+ years of experience in service sales within the transformer or electrical equipment industry.
Strong technical knowledge of transformer products, maintenance, and testing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good communication skills.
Experience with CRM tools .
