Elaborate SME & Corporate loan sales strategy to achieve the annual lending plan.
Daily drive, direct sales, lead & execute Sales promotion of SME & Corporate loan products to the market.
Daily monitoring of Business Lending Salesforce.
Consistency strengthening of Credit assessment to make sure it is compliance with SME & Corporate Credit policy.
Review loan performance for improvement in the unit.
Monitor the credit review & extension for timely and accurately assessed & submitted.
Review the loan approval process and speed up.
Explore targeted business partners to promote & diversify SME & Corporate loans in the market.
Explore business opportunities to grow loan portfolio focus on SME & Corporate.
Perform other tasks as required by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or another related field.
5 years of working experience in lending with a focus on SME & Corporate business.
2 years working experience in banking and financial service industry.
Experience with building strong relationships with SME clients and the SME market.
Good track record performance history.
Good at English speaking, writing and listening
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Good personal characteristic, good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
High personal integrity, morality and able to work under pressure.
Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
