Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment activities.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, job fairs, social media, referrals, networking, headhunting).

  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire).

  • Maintain and improve employer branding initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on hiring trends, talent market insights, and workforce planning.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labor laws.

HRBP

  • Understand business objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.

  • Serve as primary HR advisor to assigned business unit leaders/department heads.

  • Oversee recruitment strategy and support critical hiring decisions.

  • Identify high-potential employees and support talent development plans.

  • Handle escalated employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.

  • Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and HRBP, with strong exposure to banking, fintech, or financial services.

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter…).

  • Proven experience partnering with mid-to-senior level business leaders.

  • Experience handling employee relations and talent development. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • English proficiency in both writing and speaking.

  • Fast learner, creative thinker, problems solver.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
