Operational Oversight

  • Lead daily operations of regional stations, ensuring uptime ≥ 95%, hygiene compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track station KPIs (energy throughput, usage rate, and service quality) and implement corrective measures for underperformance.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise Operations Coordinators, Technicians, and Station Attendants; ensure proper staffing, training, and performance reviews.

Compliance & Audit Readiness

  • Enforce SOP compliance, conduct periodic audits, and ensure full adherence to governance and safety requirements.

Partner & Stakeholder Relations

  • Coordinate with Franchise, Host Site, and MOU partners for site-level performance, branding standards, and issue resolution.

Maintenance Coordination

  • Collaborate with the Technical Lead to schedule preventive maintenance and report system faults promptly.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Consolidate operational data, submit regional performance reports, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Customer Experience Management

  • Ensure smooth customer interaction, quick issue response, and service quality aligned with brand standards.

Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational reliability and service consistency.

Others

  • Other duties as assigned by the COO or Executive Team.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering. Master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in multi-site operations, facility management, or service delivery roles. Experience in EV, retail, or energy sectors preferred. Proven record in operational leadership and KPI-driven management.

Functional Skills

  • Strong operational and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting systems and KPI dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of technical coordination, station safety, and energy operations.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and partner communication.
