We are seeking a skilled Videographer & Editor to produce high-quality visual content for the landmark project. This role includes editing, and creating engaging videos for marketing campaigns, events, social media, and property showcases. The ideal candidate should be creative, fast, and experienced with both production and post-production work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shooting & Production
- Film high-quality videos and photos for project highlights, construction updates, showroom units, and events.
- Shoot short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and social media.
- Capture event coverage: launches, roadshows, mall activations, and interviews.
- Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, lighting equipment, and drones (optional).

2. Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software.
- Apply color correction, music, transitions, subtitles, and branding.
- Create social media videos (short-form + long-form).
- Export platform-optimized formats for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and website.
3. Creative Development
- Work with the marketing team on concepts, storyboards, and video ideas.
- Suggest creative content ideas aligned with Landmark Tower branding.
- Keep up with video trends and apply them to campaigns.

4. Content Management
- Organize and archive all footage.
- Manage video assets, sound files, templates, and project folders.
- Maintain organized workflow for multiple video projects.

5. Coordination & Timelines
- Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams.
- Deliver videos according to deadlines and campaign schedules.

• 2–4 years experience in videography + editing.
• Strong skills with cameras and editing software.
• Creative storytelling ability and good eye for visuals.
• Able to work fast and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in real estate or commercial projects is a plus.
