• Manage and maintain the General Ledger (GL), ensuring all financial transactions are accurately and timely recorded, classified, and reconciled.• Lead the execution of the month-end and year-end close procedures, including preparing and posting essential journal entries, accruals, and deferrals.• Prepare and analyze Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements; provide variance analysis comparing actual results to budget or forecast.• Oversee and perform tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including processing invoices, managing collections, and reconciling vendor/customer balances.• Ensure all accounting activities adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements; assist with external audit preparations by providing necessary documentation.• Maintain the accuracy and proper functioning of the accounting software (ERP system), ensuring data integrity and correct financial flow.
