● Develop and manage assigned sales areas to grow revenue and market share.
● Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.

● Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market feedback.
● Ensure timely execution of promotions, product launches, and sales plans.
● Track sales performance, prepare reports, and follow up on targets.
● Support customer issues with timely coordination and professional service.

职位要求

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, or business development.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Proven ability to meet targets and work independently in the field.
● Good understanding of retail sales channels and market dynamics.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting.
● Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
● Ability to work in Phnom Penh and travel within assigned areas.
