An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Define automation frameworks, drive reusable component libraries, and ensure regression coverage scalability.
  • Manage QA engineers, set performance goals, mentor juniors, and promote test excellence across squads.
  • Ensure each release meets defined testing coverage, reliability, and SLA targets with continuous integration alignment.
  • Own testing pipelines and integration with CI tools, working with DevOps for stability and efficiency.
  • Provide visibility on automation KPIs, coverage gaps, flaky tests, and quality trends.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred)
  • ​Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus​
  • ​​​5+ years in software testing, including 3+ in test automation leadership
  • ​Proven success in scaling automated test coverage across microservices and UI flows
  • ​Experience embedding test automation in CI/CD across agile squads
  • ​Hands-on experience leading test teams within fintech or mobile-first environments​​
  • ​​​Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC and test strategy alignment
  • ​Understanding of risk-based testing and release-quality metrics
  • ​Experience with audit, compliance, and security testing in banking systems
  • ​Familiarity with cost-effective test tooling and test infrastructure management​​
