  • Establishing operational objectives, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals

  • Overseeing the procurement of materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and inventory management
  • Collaborating with Quality Assurance to maintain standards in product and service delivery

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management, ideally in a leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize processes, lead process improvement initiatives, and manage large teams.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning within an operational context
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with proficiency in relevant software and reporting tools
