A Big Opportunity for ...

Summary: Greetings Customer (serve them coffee, drink and invite them to the customer lounge), managing and enhancing customer interactions across all touchpoints, focus on resolving customer issues efficiently, building strong customer relationships, high customer satisfaction, maintaining a professional, premium experience and delivering exceptional service. Need to support Greeter at peaking hour or back-up when she's absent.

Customer Intake, communication & Front-Desk Operations:
•Greet customers and perform check-in for damaged vehicles
•Collect customer information, insurance details, and vehicle documentation
•Conduct or assist with the initial walkaround to note visible damage
•Answer general questions about repairs, insurance, or timelines
•Act as the primary liaison between customers and the repair team.

Customer Satisfaction & Retention:
•Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction, surveys and feedback
•Document complaints and help resolve issues with management
•Promote shop benefits, repair warranties, and referral incentives.

Administrative & Office Support:
•Order office supplies and maintain a clean, professional front area
•Assist management with clerical tasks (filing, scanning, printing)
•Provide backup support to Greeters, Administrative office or production when needed.

Compliance & Professional Standards:
•Protect customer data during intake and file management
•Follow DRP requirements, shop policies, and communication guidelines
•Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.

- Knowledge: Customer Service Excellence, Professional Grooming, Complaint Handling & Basic of Collision Repair. 

- Skills: Soft-skills, Basic Technical Skills & Commuunication.

- Experience: Customer Service (preferred), Sales, Call Center.

- Business Knowledge: Insurance, compliance, Leasing, budgeting.
