A Good Opportunity for ..

Develop and lead inventory management strategies and processes
Lead demand planning and forecasting improvement initiatives
Manage material planning and procurement alignment with merchandising and sourcing
Monitor and optimize inventory levels across DCs and stores
Oversee usage and enhancement of MRP/ERP tools for planning and replenishment
Collaborate with logistics and product teams on inbound flow and stock movement
Identify and drive cost and efficiency improvements in inventory operations
Lead regular cross-functional reviews using performance scorecards
Develop and mentor the materials management team
Support budgeting and resource planning aligned with business priorities

职位要求

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are preferred
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, material planning, or inventory management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Having good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced environment
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point..)
Ability to understand, speak and write in English
