● Coordinate food and beverage service activities to ensure efficient daily operations and guest satisfaction.
● Assist with order handling, service flow, and communication between kitchen, service, and front office teams.
● Support banquet, event, and dining setup to maintain high presentation and service standards.
● Monitor guest requests and resolve service issues promptly, professionally, and with attention to detail.
● Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and proper arrangement of service areas, equipment, and supplies.
● Follow hotel policies, hygiene standards, and food safety procedures at all times.

职位要求

● Previous experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or hotel service is preferred.
● Strong communication and coordination skills with a customer-focused attitude.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and handle multiple tasks.
● Good teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
● Basic understanding of food hygiene, service standards, and guest care.
● Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
● Presentable appearance and professional behavior at all times.
● Basic English communication is an advantage; additional languages are a plus.
