- Monitor performance metrics, optimize channel productivity, and ensure regulatory compliance
Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify and cultivate high-impact partnerships across fintech, telcos, retail, and community platforms
- Develop joint value propositions that enhance financial inclusion and customer experience
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch co-branded campaigns, digital onboarding flows, and loyalty programs
- Represent RGI in industry forums, partnership negotiations, and strategic dialogues
Agency Channel Development
- Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for the Agency channel, focusing on professional recruitment and agent retention
- Oversee the design of agency compensation structures, performance incentives, and career pathing to maintain market competitiveness
- Establish training and development frameworks to ensure the agency force meets high standards of professionalism and productivity
- Ensure the agency force strictly adheres to regulatory licensing and ethical sales practice
Leadership & Governance
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of relationship managers and partnership leads
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and risk controls for partnership operations
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution and innovation
