  • Organize and conduct training programs for employees.
  • Identify employee training and development needs.
  • Prepare training materials and schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external training activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Maintain training records and reports.
  • Work closely with departments to improve employee skills and performance.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years experience in Training or HR field.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills.

  • Responsible, honest, and willing to learn.
