● Manage A2P messaging and interconnect operations to ensure service reliability and quality.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international carrier and vendor partners.
● Oversee routing, pricing, settlements, and dispute resolution for interconnect and A2P traffic.
● Monitor traffic performance, revenue trends, fraud risks, and service KPIs; drive corrective actions.
● Coordinate with technical, commercial, legal, and finance teams on launches, changes, and issues.
● Support contract negotiations, compliance checks, and process improvements for partner onboarding.

职位要求

● Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
● Strong experience in A2P messaging, interconnect, carrier relations, or telecom operations.
● Proven ability to manage partners, negotiate commercial terms, and resolve operational issues.
● Good understanding of routing, signaling, settlements, KPIs, and telecom service quality.
● Analytical mindset with strong reporting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English; Khmer is an advantage.
● Experience leading cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced telecom environment.
