To lead and oversee the data analytics team, ensuring effective management and utilization of resources.
To develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance business intelligence and decision-making processes.
To design and implementing data analytics solutions, construct analysis reports, dashboards
To handle operational reports, analysis, daily, monthly updates to senior management.
To handle Branch KPI allocation modeling and perform monthly evaluation
To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide analytical solutions.
To develop and implement data quality and validation processes to ensure the integrity of operational data through the establishment of robust data governance practices.
To manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting.
To stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance data analytics capabilities.
To provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
To foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
To oversee the development and maintenance of data analytics tools, platforms, and infrastructure.
To identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in the data analysis and reporting processes or functions
To collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of data analytics solutions.
To collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation in reporting processes
To coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their technical and analytical skills.
To ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
To prepare and present reports, dashboards, and findings to senior management
To perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

职位要求

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
Proven experience in a managerial role within data analytics or a related field.
Proven experience implementing data analytics solutions (e.g, Tableau, Power BI)
Proficient in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
At least 5 years working experiences in management roles in position related to Data Analytics
