3 Provide data-driven insights to improve workforce performance, productivity, and culture
3.1 Translate analytics into actionable insights, executive summaries, and recommendations
3.2 Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning for workforce decisions
3.3 Advise leadership on people performance, productivity, and culture improvement initiatives
4 Enable timely, evidence-based leadership decisions through accurate and automated reporting
4.1 Integrate people data across recruitment, L&D, performance, C&B, engagement, and workforce planning
4.2 Standardize people metrics, data logic, and reporting structures across the organization
4.3 Automate reporting processes to minimize manual work and improve timeliness
5 Establish strong people analytics governance, data quality, and reporting standards
5.1 Define and implement people analytics standards, data governance rules, and reporting calendars
5.2 Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational governance requirements
5.3 Build data literacy and analytics capability within the People & Culture team
