• Management of all impaired accounts
• Initiating legal action and frequent follow-up of the status with panel solicitors
•  Prepare all related report for head office (local & group)
• To work with branches, lawyers, values and borrowers to ensure recovery efforts & strategy are implementation effectively
• Update recovery action status/reporting to supervisor on frequent basic or when required
• Ensure prompt reporting to superior for matters requiring attention of superior
• Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the management from time to time
• To familiarized with all related group policy & guidelines
• Work closely with other colleague (within the unit and other department, branches & head Office)
and other related 3rd party involved (i.e. lawyers, values & borrower) at all time
• Travel to other province if required to

• Meticulous and careful, analytical and negotiation skill
• Team player
• Degree holder or CCP with 1 years related loans & credit experience or secondary school and diploma
holder with at least 2 years related loan & credit/banking experience
• Full spectrum of lending & credit skills including credit evaluation, credit review and credit review & supervising
• Understanding of loans products & loan industry market knowledge
• Business oriented customer service skills 
• Client and financial profiling skill
