• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff (pickers, packers, forklift operators, etc.). • Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks and audits. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse. • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Train and develop team members to meet performance and safety standards. • Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operational. • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments for smooth operations. • Manage warehouse documentation and reporting, including shipping/receiving logs, inventory records, and incident reports. • Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and suggest solutions.
