1) Brand & Product Strategy
• Develop and implement the brand strategy for each product range (positioning, target audience, value proposition).
• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competitor trends, and pricing structures.
2) Product Portfolio Management
• Oversee existing product performance — analyze sales data, consumer feedback, and market share.
• Identify new product opportunities and work with suppliers or R&D to develop new SKUs.
• Recommend product improvement (formulation, packaging, or format) based on consumer insights.
3) Marketing Planning & Execution
• Develop annual brand marketing plans (promotion, communication, events, digital).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns — digital ads, influencers, POSM, etc.
• Ensure consistent brand message across all touchpoints (social media, trade marketing, packaging).
4) 4. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with:
• Sales team: to develop trade programs and support sales targets.
• Finance team: for pricing, cost control, and margin optimization.
• Distribution/Warehouse: to ensure product availability and stock management.
• Suppliers/Brand principals: for product updates, training, and new launch coordination.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track brand KPIs (sales volume, market share, awareness, ROI).
• Provide monthly brand performance reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Brand Building & Consumer Engagement
• Lead brand activation and sampling programs with consumers or key partners.
• Build brand equity through consistent storytelling and emotional connection with parents.
• Manage brand ambassadors or KOLs if applicable.

• Lead long-term innovation pipeline (2–3 years) for new baby categories.
