Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals; answering question in person or on telephone; referring to other bank services. Going out to support Sales such as Open new account, KHQR, Payroll and some product like Deposit, Loan that under Retail Banking product Cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs. Completes special requests by closing accounts; taking orders for checks; exchanging foreign currencies; providing special statements, copies, and referrals; completing safe-deposit box procedures. Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Execute talent acquisition strategies, such as employer branding initiative, build talent pipelines for potential applicants Implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates Ensure all hiring follow the bank internal policies and proceedure Source, shortlist, interview and evaluate candidates and recommend for hiring Build close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers Keep track of candidates interview feedback Conduct periodical salary benchmark with competitors in the market Ensure all positions created and hired have an up-to date job description Plan and participate in career talk / event or career fairs Work closely with HR operations team to ensure smooth and excellent new employee on-boarding experience Perform other duties assigned
