Designed by renowned architect Brian Curley, our resort features two distinct 18-hole championship courses and an iconic 19th hole shaped like the map of Cambodia — its hills, rivers, and bunkers echoing the nation's own geography. The Lake Course embraces water in a classic parkland design, while the Palm Course celebrates Cambodia's national tree, the sugar palm.

Our clubhouse pays tribute to the Romdoul, Cambodia’s national flower, its dome and gates reflecting the bloom from above. Nestled between the courses, a waterfall, a guardian goddess statue, and a four-headed naga at the entrance honor tradition and symbolize protection and unity. All Chhun On Golf Resort Jobs
As Director of PGA Academy, you will be responsible for: Providing strategic leadership and management of the Golf Academy. Developing innovative coaching programmes for members, resort guests, juniors, beginners, elite players, corporate clients and visitors. Leading, mentoring and developing the Academy’s team of Teaching Professionals and Assistants. Driving academy participation, coaching revenue, club fitting and player development initiatives. Establishing strong partnerships with schools, corporate organisations and the wider golfing community. Working closely with the Golf Operations and Sales & Marketing teams to promote the Academy and enhance the resort’s reputation. Delivering exceptional coaching experiences using the latest technology and modern coaching methodologies. Supporting wider golf operations including tournaments, corporate events, practice facility management and member engagement.
