  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients, golf tournaments, and private events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with golf clubs, sponsors, and event organizers.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including registration, catering, and golf course setup.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with golf course policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and event attendees.
  • Track event performance and generate reports for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in event sales or coordination, preferably in the golf industry.
  • Strong understanding of golf tournaments, corporate outings, and event planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for golf and familiarity with the sport’s culture and business landscape.
