Assist the sales team in identifying and approaching potential clients. Support customer presentations, product demonstrations, and events. Processes a variety of financial transactions including, check/cash deposit, check/cash withdrawals, transfer, break TD and loan payments Handling local currency and cross currency transactions and keep confidential information of customer in a responsible manner. Ensure that opening and closing cash procedures of the cash in Till at the counters are properly and accurately done. Ensure that cash in Till are maintained within the limits set by the Bank Tellers should ensure that cash service to the customers are courteous and efficient Cash/check withdrawals are properly verified and approved before payments are made Ensure that cash denominations are properly recorded on transactions vouchers. Customizing Flexcube modules to meet specific business requirements. Enhancing existing Flexcube functionalities based on user feedback and business needs. Developing and maintaining APIs for seamless data exchange. Configuring Flexcube modules and parameters to align with banking operations and regulations. Setting up user roles, access rights, and security configurations. Developing new modules, screens, and functionalities within Flexcube. Advice borrowers of their legal liabilities under contract law (including interpretation their liability under loan agreement). Follow up and update the court case (Liaise lawyers litigation cases until cases closed).
