As an assistant IT Operation Manager, Ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives in a fast paced highly technical environment, strong management skills concerning IT policies, processes, and procedures, demonstrated ability to work independently, as part of a team, and in collaboration with other teams. Deep understanding of unified communications infrastructure with ability to build hybrid environment from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft 365. Provide first-line support for cybersecurity-related incidents affecting end-users (phishing, malware, unauthorized access, etc.). Educate users on best security practices to prevent cyber threats. ▪ Owning and resolving problems and managing customer expectations throughout the Service Request/ITIL (IM, CM, PM) lifecycle in accordance with global standards Expert on M365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD, Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Azure Service related with M365. Functional requirements analysis against a variety of technologies, including, secure UI/administration, network protocol conformance, and digital certificate processing Establish best practices through the entire technical support process.
