As an assistant IT Operation Manager, Ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives in a fast paced highly technical environment, strong management skills concerning IT policies, processes, and procedures, demonstrated ability to work independently, as part of a team, and in collaboration with other teams.

  •  Deep understanding of unified communications infrastructure with ability to build hybrid environment from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft 365.
  •  Aware about security approaches for information protection in cloud environment to satisfy customer security requirements. Ensure IT support activities align with ISO 27000 and CIS v8 security frameworks.
  • Provide first-line support for cybersecurity-related incidents affecting end-users (phishing, malware, unauthorized access, etc.).
  • Educate users on best security practices to prevent cyber threats. ▪ Owning and resolving problems and managing customer expectations throughout the Service Request/ITIL (IM, CM, PM) lifecycle in accordance with global standards
  • Expert on M365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD, Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Azure Service related with M365.
  • Functional requirements analysis against a variety of technologies, including, secure UI/administration, network protocol conformance, and digital certificate processing
  • Establish best practices through the entire technical support process.
  • Assist in compliance audits by maintaining security-related documentation and incident reports.
  • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
  • Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency. Experience with Information protection tools, data classification labels, label alerts and analytics, IRM for workloads and DLP.
  • Effectively leads team efforts and integrate the skills and strengths of individuals across teams for project and organizational success.
  • Understand overall system architecture to troubleshoot and resolve issues with other systems.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 Services.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 27000 and CIS v8 frameworks, with practical experience in implementing security controls.
  • Experience with ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools) for managing IT support requests.
  • Knowledge of ITAM for tracking IT assets and software licensing.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams in different areas (e.g., networks, storage, application support etc.) with proven track record of managing operations including management of SLAs, developing strategies, etc.
  • Manages IT inventory, IT access management system, and forecasting equipment needs.
  • Knowledge of IT operations, responsibi lities, workflow processes, and procedures to resolve most issues and work orders independently.
  • Learn new applications and understand their intricacies and stay up to date with the technologies used DLP policies for Data Leak Prevention.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve, understand, and troubleshoot high-level technical issues.
  • Participate in a program of proactive system administration; including but not limited to a system of updates, patches and fixes, system enhancements, and log monitoring, and Endpoint Security management 
  • Strong Analytical skills, Documentation & Problem-solving skills, , coordination with implementation teams.
  • Enhance the technical user support experience, maintaining the interpersonal relationship.
  • Think of the customer as the most important part of the job.
  • Respond positively to complaints and problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate information in a clear and concise manner.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or a technology-related field .
  • Minimum of 5 years professional or technical experience in IT with a strong background in all aspects of customer service.
  •  Experience with design, implementation, and operational health of Microsoft 365 services with hands-on in Exchange On-prem and online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, Azure AD and AD Connect, Intune, Defender and Endpoint manager.
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
