Gather macro and micro economic data from various sources to assess economic trends Examine and interpret economic data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that may impact credit portfolios and risk management Monitor economic indicators and trends to provide insights into the potential implications for credit risk management strategies Utilize statistical analysis and econometric methods to forecast credit and economic trends Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate economic insights into credit risk models and systems Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure economic analysis informs credit risk management decisions Sharing economic insights and research finding with relevant stakeholders to foster a deeper understanding of how economic factor can impact credit risk and overall business performance Deliver presentations to internal teams, including senior management, to communicate economic insights and forecasts Prepare regular reports on economic developments and forecasts for stakeholders Translate complex economic data and analysis into clear, actionable recommendations Work closely with research unite in conducting ad-hoc economic research and analysis to address specific questions related to credit risk management
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing products Stay informed on developments in data analytics, credit reporting, and financial technologies relevant to Cambodia’s financial sector Collaborate with senior management and relevant teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with CBC’s strategic priorities. Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned data and digital products, from problem definition and design through development, launch, and ongoing enhancement Translate business, customer, and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and success criteria Ensure product documentation, including formal submissions to the regulator, is accurately prepared in professional Khmer and English Work closely with Technology, Data, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases Partner with Marketing and Business Development teams to support go-to-market planning, product positioning, and internal readiness Lead cross-functional alignment with Technology, Data, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Business Development, and Marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle Act as a key product interface for regulatory-facing product discussions Engage internal and external stakeholders to gather structured feedback, identify pain points, and validate product-market fit Define and track key performance indicators to measure product adoption, usage and business impact. Use data, customer insights, and market feedback to drive continuous product improvement and prioritisation decisions.
Handle and resolve the customer inquiries and complaints Identify issue and provide accuracy information to member Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondents’ emails/phones to/from member Ensure all inquiries, comments, complaints, and action taken are logged Take action and follow up the members on data upload issues, outdated account, duplicated account, late upload or no enquiry etc. for Consumer and Commercial Process customer requests/orders/changes/returns according to procedures and/or guidelines Identify the system issues of Bureau Stream and work with related unit/department to fulfill the gap Manage and maintain the pending of request Assist in development forms, guidelines or procedures for Customer Support Unit Conduct the refresher training to existing CBC members Weekly tracking on the unsolved issues Monthly report of the issue handling Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Greeting, accommodating and directing all walk-in visitors to the concerned staff Directing all incoming telephone calls and/or emails to the concerned staff Taking notes of all incoming messages for concerned staff if they are either on leave or outside of the office and forwarding to them when they are back in office Assist performing any necessary typing, translations, e-mailings, delivering, photocopying Assist customer on registration of CBC Mobile App, order report and/or subscription plan Do the KYC with customer Assist customer on sharing telegram Assist team to promote CBC Mobile App user & PE service to public Assist team to handle all customer’s inquiries from FB & Telegram Other tasks as assign by line manager/team
