Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Greeting, accommodating and directing all walk-in visitors to the concerned staff
Directing all incoming telephone calls and/or emails to the concerned staff
Taking notes of all incoming messages for concerned staff if they are either on leave or outside of the office and forwarding to them when they are back in office
Assist performing any necessary typing, translations, e-mailings, delivering, photocopying
Assist customer on registration of CBC Mobile App, order report and/or subscription plan
Do the KYC with customer
Assist customer on sharing telegram
Assist team to promote CBC Mobile App user & PE service to public
Assist team to handle all customer’s inquiries from FB & Telegram
Other tasks as assign by line manager/team
