Workshop Oversight: Manage daily operations and workflow of the weaving/woven garment workshop to meet production targets. Bilingual Liaison: Act as the primary communicator on the floor, translating technical instructions and policies between Chinese management and Khmer-speaking staff. Quality & Efficiency: Monitor product quality, minimize fabric wastage, and resolve production bottlenecks or line downtime. Team Management: Allocate manpower efficiently and enforce workshop safety and cleanliness standards.

Order Management: Follow up on garment orders from development to bulk production, ensuring buyer specifications and delivery timelines are met. Trilingual Liaison: Act as the key contact point to communicate and negotiate smoothly between Chinese management, international English-speaking clients, and local Khmer production teams. Sourcing & Coordination: Coordinate fabric, trim, and accessory sourcing, and monitor material arrival status to prevent production delays. Production Tracking: Work closely with the workshop floor and QA teams to monitor production progress and resolve any issues early.
