Order Management: Follow up on garment orders from development to bulk production, ensuring buyer specifications and delivery timelines are met.
Trilingual Liaison: Act as the key contact point to communicate and negotiate smoothly between Chinese management, international English-speaking clients, and local Khmer production teams.
Sourcing & Coordination: Coordinate fabric, trim, and accessory sourcing, and monitor material arrival status to prevent production delays.
Production Tracking: Work closely with the workshop floor and QA teams to monitor production progress and resolve any issues early.

Job Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated merchandising experience specifically within a garment manufacturing factory.
Languages: Fluent in Chinese, English, and Khmer (written and spoken) to manage trilingual correspondence, tech packs, and global client relations.
Skills: Strong knowledge of garment construction, production processes, and costing. Excellent negotiation, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
