Workshop Oversight: Manage daily operations and workflow of the weaving/woven garment workshop to meet production targets.
Bilingual Liaison: Act as the primary communicator on the floor, translating technical instructions and policies between Chinese management and Khmer-speaking staff.
Quality & Efficiency: Monitor product quality, minimize fabric wastage, and resolve production bottlenecks or line downtime.
Team Management: Allocate manpower efficiently and enforce workshop safety and cleanliness standards.

Job Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience specifically in a weaving or woven garment workshop.
Languages: Fluent in Chinese and Khmer (spoken and understood) for smooth workplace communication.
Skills: Strong leadership, technical knowledge of woven garment manufacturing, and excellent problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
