Analyse indirect spend categories to identify sourcing opportunities, cost efficiencies, and value improvements that support operational and financial objectives. Collaborate with Business and Functional Units (BU/FU) to understand technical and operational requirements, ensuring timely Procurement aligned with project schedules and business needs. Source Suppliers locally or internationally based on product availability, urgency, total cost of ownership, and compliance with Procurement policy. Support Technical Service team by sourcing and procuring spare parts, tools, and other technical-related items, ensuring specifications and performance requirements are met. Evaluate and recommend Suppliers using structured assessment criteria, including cost, quality, delivery capability, service performance, risk, and compliance with company standards. Ensure full compliance with the company’s Procurement Policy when executing procurement activities. Review sourcing methods and recommend improvements to enhance transparency, efficiency, and value for money, ensuring alignment with approved Procurement strategy. Analyse Procurement expenditures to identify spending trends and cost-saving opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to management. Perform cost analysis, risk assessment, and scenario evaluations to support informed Supplier selection and purchasing decisions. Monitor market trends, pricing changes, Supplier performance, and supply risks to support proactive sourcing decisions and strategic Procurement planning Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure sourcing initiatives align with operational requirements, budget controls, and approval processes. Support Supplier management activities, including performance monitoring, issue reporting, and contributing to Supplier improvement discussions when required. Maintain accurate Procurement records and documentation, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to corporate governance requirements.
To learn the knowledge of the products and share it with the customers to get the interest and sales to achieve the company’s target and KPI set. Communicate with the principles on product knowledge, price, market information, sales & purchase plan, and product recall. Communicate with internal partners including sales admin and other departments to ensure a smooth process of purchase, sales, and after-sales service. To explore the healthcare market and source additional products to expand the product portfolio or suggest an adjustment to the current product portfolio to support the market trend. Product Strategy & Vision Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the assigned digital assets (CRM, ERP, internal portals, etc.) in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and business unit needs. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business case development to identify new features and enhancements that drive efficiency and growth. Act as the voice of the internal and external customer/user, prioritizing features based on business value, technical effort, and strategic alignment. Product Development & Delivery Manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog, clearly articulating user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements. Collaborate closely with Business Units (BUs)/Functional Units (FUs), vendors, IT, and relevant stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high quality, impactful features. Lead Sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review meetings, actively participating in daily stand-ups to provide clarity and remove roadblocks. Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and sign-off process to ensure features meet business objectives and quality standards before release. Stakeholder Management Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations, Leadership) to understand their challenges and gather requirements. Communicate project progress, roadblocks, and release plans clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization. Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive consensus on requirements and solutions across diverse business groups System Optimization & Governance Monitor system performance and user feedback post-launch to identify areas for continuous improvement and new product opportunities. Ensure all product enhancements adhere to internal IT governance, security, compliance, and architectural standards. Manage vendor relationships for third-party software components (e.g., Salesforce, D365) to ensure service levels and product roadmaps are aligned with our needs.
