• Portfolio Oversight: Lead and standardize project delivery for multiple country projects— scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
• Planning & Execution: Develop master plans, work breakdown structures, installation schedules, site readiness checklists, resource plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Installation & Commissioning: Coordinate site readiness, technical installation, calibration, validation, and clinical applications training.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP principles, electrical safety standards, radiation safety (where applicable), data protection, and local regulatory requirements.
• Risk & Issue Management: Maintain RAID logs; drive mitigation plans; escalate blockers promptly; lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Manage contractors, logistics providers, and OEM partners; negotiate scope, SLAs, and change orders; monitor performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Run governance cadences (steerco, PMO reviews), report KPIs, and deliver clear status updates to internal leaders and customers.
• Budget & Controls: Own project financials—forecasting, cost control, change management, invoicing milestones, and margin protection.
• Documentation & Handover: Maintain project documentation (SOW, SOPs, test records, service handover packs) and ensure smooth transition to Service/After Sales.
• Team Leadership: Coach project engineers/coordinators; build best practice playbooks; uplift PM maturity and standardize processes across countries.
• Tender Support: Partner with Sales/BD for pre-sales scoping, site surveys, timelines, risk assessments, and implementation plans in bids/RFPs.

• Experience delivering projects across multiple Southeast Asian countries.
• Background in hospital build‑outs, imaging suites, operating theatres, CSS D, or lab diagnostics.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy for connected medical devices (e.g., IEC 80001, basic HL7/DICOM familiarity).
• Track record managing government tenders and large‑scale public sector projects.
• Hands‑on experience with commissioning documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ, FAT/SAT, validation protocols).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong knowledge of imaging technologies (X-ray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as required.
