Establish fee structures, transaction limits, promotional/incentive policies, and product operational regulations. Propose policy adjustments aligned with business strategies and market demands. 2. Research & Analysis Gather market intelligence, analyze competitor products, and track Fintech industry trends. Analyze product operational data to propose policy improvements. Evaluate the potential impact of new policies prior to implementation. 3. Product Implementation Coordination Coordinate with Sales/Business, Operations, Technology, Accounting, Legal, and Compliance departments. Assist in building professional documentation and product operational workflows. Participate in deploying new products, features, and commercial programs. 4. Compliance Control Ensure all product policies strictly comply with state laws and internal corporate regulations. Monitor the actual application and enforcement of policies in practice. Propose corrective measures for any arising product-related issues. 5. Reporting & Training Prepare periodic reports regarding the effectiveness of product policies. Prepare presentation documents for the Executive Board and Board of Directors. Support training sessions for staff on new product policies and processes.
