Job Summary
Product Policy Officer will support the development, review, and implementation of product policies that strengthen business growth, ensure compliance, and improve customer experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Support the creation, review, and update of product policies, procedures, and guidelines.
● Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product policies align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
● Monitor policy implementation and identify gaps, risks, or improvement opportunities.
● Assist in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to support policy enhancements.
● Prepare clear documentation, reports, and recommendations for management review.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve policy-related issues and improve operational efficiency.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in policy, product, operations, business development, or financial services is preferred.
● Good understanding of banking or payment service products and basic compliance principles.
● Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage tasks carefully.
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle deadlines in a dynamic environment.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Professional attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
