Manage the end-to-end sales process, including market research, prospecting, client appointments, product presentations, needs analysis, and contract negotiation to successfully close deals. Develop and nurture connections within key sectors: Hospitality, Food & Beverage (F&B), Corporate & Commercial, Professional Cleaning & Facilities Management, Healthcare, Industrial & Manufacturing, Education, and Residential Management. Conduct regular outdoor visits within the assigned territory to meet with potential customers and promote our product offerings. Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain all necessary sales and marketing documentation in line with company policies. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management. Participate in company-provided training to enhance your skills and product knowledge. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Identify and approach new B2B clients: schools, universities, factories, offices, NGOs, and companies. Promote our services: canteen operations, event catering, food supply, dine-in packages, bakery products and other product and service related to food and beverage sector. Develop sales strategies and monthly sales plans to reach targets. Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and partners. Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations. Prepare regular report and present to management. Monitor, coaching and set KPI to team under supervision. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Track sales pipeline, report progress, and analyse customer needs. Other tasks required by managements.
Act as the main liaison between the company and stakeholders to coordinate system development, upgrades, and issue resolutions. Plan and manage the company’s digital transformation roadmap, aligning new technology initiatives with business goals. Document workflows, system configurations, and process updates to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and future scalability. Support internal users (sales, admin, procurement, and management teams) with system training, troubleshooting, and updates. Work closely with management to analyze digital needs and prepare improvement plans for future automation and data integration (e.g., Odoo ERP, CRM, reporting dashboards). Collaborate with IT vendors or consultants to ensure system security, data integrity, and performance optimization .
