  • Act as the main liaison between the company and stakeholders to coordinate system development, upgrades, and issue resolutions.
  • Plan and manage the company’s digital transformation roadmap, aligning new technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Document workflows, system configurations, and process updates to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and future scalability.
  • Support internal users (sales, admin, procurement, and management teams) with system training, troubleshooting, and updates.
  • Work closely with management to analyze digital needs and prepare improvement plans for future automation and data integration (e.g., Odoo ERP, CRM, reporting dashboards).
  • Collaborate with IT vendors or consultants to ensure system security, data integrity, and performance optimization.
