Job Summary Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support HGB One Co., Ltd’s growth in the automotive/Motorcycle sector. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, professional hiring experience. Key Responsibilities ● Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and offer support. ● Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities. ● Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. ● Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit for skills, culture, and values. ● Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across multiple functions. ● Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communication, and onboarding handover with HR teams. ● Track recruitment metrics, update ATS or hiring records, and support reporting on hiring progress. ● Contribute to employer branding and recruitment initiatives to improve candidate attraction and experience.
Manage the overall operation and performance of the HGB One mobile application. Develop and execute business growth strategies for ecommerce and service operations. Supervise ecommerce catalogue listings, pricing, promotions, inventory visibility, and content quality. Coordinate platform advertising activities and sponsored placements. Oversee creation and publication of platform content and promotional materials. Ensure high standards of customer service, order management, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate workshop onboarding and maintain accurate service center information. Ensure integration and synchronization between the mobile application and internal systems, including ERP and financial platforms. Monitor KPIs, sales performance, customer engagement metrics, and operational efficiency. Build and maintain relationships with merchants, workshops, dealers, service providers, and partners. Prepare management reports, forecasts, and performance reviews. Identify opportunities for new services, platform enhancements, and revenue streams. Lead, coach, and evaluate ecommerce and service operations teams.

Understanding and sharing industrial market and competitor information, and updating immediately on any relevant information related to the industrial market, to share with the sales team and management. Solve the problem in showroom and report all activities to showroom manager or line management.

Identify, evaluate, and appoint new dealers and sub-dealers in line with market coverage and brand standards. Define and enforce dealer standards for showroom, workshop, spare parts, signage, and customer experience. Conduct dealer performance reviews covering sales, aftersales, financial health, and operational compliance. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure dealer readiness and sustainability. Support dealers in business planning, investment evaluation, and profitability improvement. Manage dealer agreements, renewals, territory definitions, and compliance with company policies. Lead dealer training programs on sales processes, operations, and brand standards. Monitor market coverage, dealer density, and white spots; propose corrective actions. Support new model launches and network readiness initiatives. Prepare dealer development reports, network status updates, and expansion plans for management.

Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities (pricing, promotions, new models). Manage dealer KPIs including sales volume, market share, stock level.
