The Sales Manager – Regional Dealers is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding Vespa’s dealer network across Cambodia. This role ensures strong dealer performance, consistent brand standards, and sustainable sales growth in provincial markets, while strengthening Vespa’s position as a premium lifestyle brand beyond urban centers.

We need 2 people: 

  • Region 3: Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Kratie, Stung Treang, Ratanakiri, or Mondulkiri.

  • Region 4: Kandal, Kampong Speu, Sihanoukville, Koh Kong, Kampot, Kep, or Takeo.

Responsibilities:
 

a. Dealer Management & Growth

  • Develop and execute regional dealer sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers in strategic provincial locations to expand market coverage.
  • Build strong business partnerships with dealers, providing regular coaching, support, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor dealer sales performance (retail, wholesale, stock turnover) and implement improvement action plans.
  • Support dealers in demand planning, inventory management, and sales forecasting to optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure dealer profitability through proper pricing strategy, margin management, and business guidance.

b. Brand Standards & Operations

  • Ensure all dealers comply with Vespa global brand standards in showroom layout, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Conduct regular dealer audits and site visits to ensure operational excellence and SOP compliance.
  • Implement standardized processes across dealer operations, including sales, documentation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with after-sales/service teams to ensure consistent service quality at dealer level.
  • Support dealer staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Enforce brand discipline to protect Vespa’s premium positioning in all regional markets.

c. Marketing & Reporting

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute regional campaigns, promotions, and dealer-level activations.
  • Support dealers in organizing local events, test ride campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine regional sales strategies.
  • Monitor marketing effectiveness and ROI for dealer-level campaigns.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to senior management.
  • Utilize CRM and data analytics to track dealer performance and identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Additional certifications in Dealer Management, Automotive Business, or Sales Leadership are an advantage.
  • Minimum at least 5 years of experience in sales, dealer management, or channel development, preferably in automotive or 2-wheeler industry.
  • Proven track record in managing dealer networks and achieving regional sales targets.
  • Experience in working with provincial markets and multi-location operations is highly preferred.
