Content Creation & Campaign Management Develop localized and brand-aligned content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Collaborate with designers and agencies to produce digital materials (photos, videos, banners, etc.) Coordinate and execute seasonal, promotional, and product campaigns Social Media Management Manage and up to date business profiles, digital menu and other important information on all platforms Manage daily posting, scheduling, and replying to comments and messages Build and maintain a strong online community Monitor and propose on trends content impact positive to brands/sales. Paid Media & Performance Marketing Execute approval paid campaigns via Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions) and optimize accordingly. Coordinate with external media agencies/influencers when needed. KOL, Influencer & Media Collaboration Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers, and digital creators to boost campaign reach and engagement. Liaise with local lifestyle pages, food reviewers, and digital media channels for PR, partnerships, and feature opportunities. Support event coverage or media visits to drive real-time buzz and authentic engagement. Website, E-commerce & SEO Support Assist in updating product info and visuals on brand websites or digital menus. Support SEO and content improvements to drive organic traffic. Data Tracking & Reporting Generate campaign based, weekly and monthly performance reports across all channels. Provide insights and suggestions to improve future content and campaigns. Do other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Oversee all tax-related activities, including monthly and annual tax filings (VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax, Minimum Tax, etc.) Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax laws and regulations related to FMCG business activities such as distribution, promotional campaigns, trade discounts, import/export, and inventory movements Monitor tax exposures from trade promotions, bonuses, free goods, product samples, and ensure proper tax treatment Lead tax planning and risk management strategies to optimize the company’s tax position without compromising compliance Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities, including preparing necessary documentation and handling queries Provide tax support for pricing strategy, commercial contracts, and new product launches Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics) to ensure accurate tax implications in business processes Stay updated on changes in local tax laws and advise management on the impact of regulatory changes Review and enhance internal tax policies, controls, and procedures

Ensure that purchase product or services are match with the requirement of requester. Make sure that any purchase is follow the company process / policy. Ensure that purchase delivery on time. Ensure all company information highly keep as confidential and not lacked outside the company or unrelated parties.
Analyze current workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in operational processes. Design, document, and implement improved processes using standard frameworks. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline merchant, customer, or internal team journeys. Work with Product, Tech, or IT teams to scope and support implementation of system tools or process automation. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features or tools before rollout. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements based on operational needs. Use data analysis (basic SQL, Excel, dashboards) to identify performance bottlenecks or recurring issues. Prepare reports or insights to support decision-making by Operations or Leadership teams. Serve as a bridge between operations, product, tech, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution. Train internal teams on updated processes, tools, and SOPs.
