Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Assist Area Sales Manager in analyzing Distributor's performance, sales opportunities & making proposals for improvement.

  • Build and retain excellent relationship with customers
  • Prepare beat plan for his in-charge sales teams, monitor them by daily trade visits
  • Check and follow-up sales activities to maintain a schedule of calls on customer,
  • Direct sales team to achieve the sales target on monthly basis,
  • Evaluate sales representative performance and give necessary training such as product knowledge/selling skills....) to improve and develop their competence.
  • Review market situation, identify problem to find proper solution
  • Prepare sales reports to head of sales executive.
  • Manage and monitor promotions (timing, allocation, stock delivery, execution)
  • Monitoring sales activities vs. objectives
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Great understanding and application of customer service
  • Assess the performance of sales teams, train and motivate them towards professionalism within a limited support framework form as Distributor 
  • Able to make decisions related to routine work or each assignment
  • Make suggestions or recommendations to improve task outcomes
  • Do periodical & required reports

Job Requirements

  • University graduate, major in Business studies is preferred
  • 2-3 year sales experience in FMCG
  • Be entrepreneurial, a leader, adaptable, and passionate person.
  • Honest, good at planning, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Language Requirement: Good command of English
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with people across different function & cultures
