JOB SUMMARY The Senior Reservation Agent is responsible for managing room and meeting room reservations to ensure smooth booking operations and excellent guest service. This role handles complex reservations, supports guests with inquiries, and ensures all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently. The Senior Reservation Agent coordinates with Front Office, Sales, and Events teams to maximize room occupancy and meeting space utilization. This position also supports junior team members and ensures all reservations meet the hotel’s service standards. DETAILED RESPONSABILITIES • Handle room reservations via phone, email, and online channels • Manage meeting room and event space bookings • Ensure all guest room and meeting room bookings are accurate in the system • Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and booking changes • Coordinate with Sales & Events team for meeting arrangements • Monitor availability of rooms and function spaces • Support group bookings, corporate bookings, and event reservations • Upsell guest rooms, meeting packages, and hotel services • Prepare reservation reports for rooms and meeting spaces • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and complaints • Ensure proper communication of meeting details to relevant departments • Train and support junior reservation agents
Lead, supervise, and train restaurant staff (captains, waiters, hostesses, bartenders) Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle customer complaints professionally Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluation Control inventory, food cost, and beverage cost Coordinate with Kitchen team for menu planning and promotions Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are strictly followed Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports Support marketing activities and events to increase restaurant revenue
Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations. Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure rooms & public areas meet hotel standards. Conduct room inspections and maintain cleanliness quality. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally. Monitor inventory of linen and cleaning supplies. Support staff training and scheduling.
Experience with tax and tax audits Prepares monthly annual tax returns Average tax rate (ATR) & marginal tax rate (MTR), necessary paperwork Prepares submitting Average tax rate (ATR) & marginal tax rate (MTR) line managers by meeting deadlines Regularly prepares internal technical works system making updates, improvements where necessary, manage maintain company’s database Identifying areas where client’s businesses can reduce tax, make claims increase profits. Assessing researching difficult tax issues identify solutions recommend Preparing requirement documentation support statements tax auditors. Evaluating tax regulations suggesting policies that diminish tax burden. Keep tracking industry trends changes to accounting taxes. Assists teamwork produce monthly annual tax returns accounting reports. Coordinate and prepare account documentation, reports, and records ACAR experience • Support ACAR responses and participate in account review processes Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely completion account-related tasks Maintain accurate client and account data in internal systems nitration Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding account actions Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards Hotel industry experience, with a clear understanding of cost control Monitor and control project and operational costs against approved budgets Track expenditures and identify cost variances and trends Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and budget comparisons for management review Review purchase requests, contracts, and invoices for cost accuracy and compliance coordinate with finance, procurement, and operations teams on cost-related matters Assist in budget preparation and cost planning activities Recommend cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures Maintain accurate cost control records and documentation Other duties which assigned by line manager
