Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Lead, supervise, and train restaurant staff (captains, waiters, hostesses, bartenders)
  • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle customer complaints professionally
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluation
  • Control inventory, food cost, and beverage cost
  • Coordinate with Kitchen team for menu planning and promotions
  • Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are strictly followed
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports
  • Support marketing activities and events to increase restaurant revenue

Job Requirements

1. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in restaurant or hotel F&B operations
  • At least 2 years in supervisory or management level
  • Experience in hotel restaurant is preferred

3. Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making ability

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

  • Good command of English (Khmer required; other languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible schedule

4. Personal Attributes:

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Result-oriented and service-minded
