  • Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure rooms & public areas meet hotel standards.
  • Conduct room inspections and maintain cleanliness quality.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor inventory of linen and cleaning supplies.
  • Support staff training and scheduling.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • 2–3 years experience in housekeeping (hotel experience preferred).
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
