What we do

Spring Education Center is an educational institution founded by a team with over 15 years of experience in education sector. Enrollment Campaigns: Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns to boost student admissions and brand awareness. Content & Social Media: Manage Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and website content (photos, videos, graphics). Events & Open Houses: Coordinate school events, open days, and promotions to engage prospective parents. Lead Generation: Track leads, analyze campaign performance, and monitor market trends. Vendor & Team Leadership: Supervise internal designers and external printing/media agencies.

Teacher & Staff HR: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for local and native English teachers. Visas & Work Permits: Coordinate visa extensions and work permits for expatriate staff according to Cambodian regulations. HR Operations: Maintain employee files, track leaves/attendance, and support payroll processing & NSSF compliance. Campus Administration: Oversee daily office operations, facility maintenance, and cleanliness across the campus. Procurement: Manage inventory and ordering for classroom materials and office supplies. Communication & Events: Draft bilingual announcements/memos and assist in organizing school events and parent meetings.
