Job SummarySPRING EDUCATION CENTER is seeking a dedicated educator to support one-to-one learning for children in Phnom Penh. The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, and committed to helping each student build confidence, skills, and a love of learning.Key Responsibilities● Deliver personalized one-to-one lessons tailored to each student’s needs and learning pace.● Prepare engaging lesson plans, activities, and materials aligned with learning goals.● Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to improve results.● Create a supportive, positive classroom environment that encourages participation.● Communicate regularly with parents and team members about progress and concerns.● Maintain accurate records of lessons, assessments, and student achievements.

● Proficient in Chinese
● Fluent in English
● Capable of teaching English to Chinese students● Able to commute to student's location
● Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.● Experience in teaching, tutoring, or educational consulting● Ability to design individualized learning plans and adapt teaching approaches.● Professional, responsible, and passionate about student development.
